Outsource SEO Software

Search engine optimization is more than half the battle in marketing your website and getting the incremental traffic increases that come along with it.. search engine marketing expert organization (sempo) defines SEO as the process of editing a website's articles and code in order to improve awareness within one or a lot more search engines. different techniques are used by a website administrator to help increase their rankings in natural listings by making it 'easy' for search engines to be able to identify what the site's about, and decide how 'valuable' the content is to someone who's searching for information on that topic. SEO activities can also be divided into two broadly designated categories: on-site (SEO) and off-site (SEM).

Some of the modifications you'll want to look at using DIY SEO software might include:

 * Editing html titles, h1 tags, and information to include search phrases that describe your item or service to the search engine and its readers.
 * Writing keyword-rich meta data to truthfully reflect the material that is visible to the search engine and its readers.
 * Changing and optimizing your alt attribute tags for all of your images.
 * Including quality anchor text in you hyperlinks (anchortext is the words or phrases used to link to a page)
 * Editing site architecture or internal linking structure to raise usability for readers that enter through search engines.
 * Delete duplicate contentand check for broken links/page errors - duplicate content and crawling errors can affect your ability to rank well in search engines.
 * Creating a clean sitemap.

Off-site SEO (search engine marketing) includes activities outside of what occurs on your site to help boost your search engine rankings. these techniques typically take time and effort, and off-site SEO is an ongoing process. some of these search engine marketing activities include:

 * Distributing your sites feed to applicable no cost and compensated directories
 * Soliciting links from affiliated websites
 * Social book marks
 * Article and press release advertising and marketing
 * Promoting through social networks
 * Becoming an dynamic discussion board member
 * Commenting In different pertinent web sites (laser clinic or medical spa blogs if you're a plastic surgeon for example.)

You'll be executing a quite a bit of link building.

So,how does a search engine 'rank' a site and decide what order to list them in? essentially, links are the "currency" belonging to the web. each link acts as a 'vote' for a site, as far as the search engine sees it. now, it should be said right away that even more links doesn't necessarily equal better ranking. the reigning cliche here is "quality over quantity."

You'll hear a lot when it comes to search engine marketing and link building, but often keep in mind that it takes time. some things to aim for when building link popularity for SEM:

 * High pagerank
 * Sites/pages that are extremely applicable to your webpage or the page being linked to
 * Quality anchor text that is relevant and/or contains keywords
 * Few other links

Using this 'voting' system, there are Lots of ways to campaign for a vote, and you won't at all times have command over the niche sites that link to you, the anchor text used or where your hyperlink is placed. the best links reside on high pagerank sites and are surrounded by appropriate content, have few Hyperlinks on the web page and use appropriate anchor text. each search engine counts these types of 'votes' differently, and consequently, your position might never be identical from one search engine to another.

And that's not all. A link can have more value depending on the pagerank of a site, the number of links on that page, and whether or not the content is related. a link from ibm.com or amazon.com will carry much even more weight than some unknown site that doesn't have any 'authority'. 1 link among 5 will carry more heft than 1 link among 100. A link to a 'save the turtles' site from a blog post about the turtle life cycle will give more weight than the Identical hyperlink from a 'going green' blog.

What you should learn about website recognition in respect to outsource SEO search engine marketing is that more, higher quality links will begin to bring up your clout in the serps; thus giving you more coverage, greater traffic, more prospects and more revenue!

Internet Marketing & Your Laser Clinic

By Mai Black

Is click fraud costing your medical spa? If you're one of the tens of thousands of cosmetic medical practices, laser clinics and med spas advertising online with Google Adwords or Yahoo, don't be surprised to find that at least some of the money you're paying every month is sucked out of your marketing fund by click fraud.

The scam of "click fraud" began in the early days of the internet's popularity with software programs that automatically surfed Web sites to increase traffic figures. This led companies to develop policing technologies touted as antidotes to the problem. (Some marketing executives estimate that up to 20 percent of fees in certain advertising categories continue to be based on nonexistent consumers in today's search industry.)

Don't think it's already happening to your skin clinic, med spa or laser clinic? It is. Here's a quote from Michael Caruso, CEO of click fraud services vendor ClickFacts in an interview:

"In particularly fraud prone verticals such as finance, class action lawsuits and medical, we see click fraud rates in the 30 to 45 perecent range. These are all categories that see high keyword pricing in the auction model. That makes them particularly tasty for click fraud artists. If you can make more money from the dark side than the light side of search, there are plenty of people who will take advantage. Plus, it's not even technically illegal yet."

There are two ways that your skin clinics and medical spas marketing budget is losing to click fraud:

First: competitors who see your ad simply click on it, draining your advertising dollars. Second; click fraudsters set up 'affiliate' sites are set up that run your ads where they are clicked on by bots or employees. These sites are the most damaging since you're paying for every click without any return. Click fraud around skin clinics, med spas or laser clinics can be very lucrative since dermatology or plastic surgery clinics are becoming such a competitive market and the payment per click can be as high as $4-5.

Unfortunately, to keep your laser clinics budget safe you have very few tools. (Google just gave advertisers $90 million to compensate for click fraud as the result of a class action suit but you can bet they're not that Google's not interested in your individual account. Especially since they're making money from click fraud when your ads are clicked on.)

Start by limiting your skin clinics exposure. If your dermatology or plastic surgery clinic is still running an Adwords or Yahoo campaign, they allow you to limit the maximum amount you spend in a day. Take advantage of this feature by limiting your maximum cost to what you can afford to spend. You can also look for the tracks of click fraud by examining the reports you might have available to you. Multiple clicks coming from the same IP address are a sure sign of fraud.

Malaysia has become such a haven for click fraud 'sweat-shops' that clicks generated there are completely discounted and Malaysian accounts for Adwords or Overture are not granted.

If you're going to run ppc ads, protect your skin clinic, med spa or laser clinic. You can be sure that you're the only one trying to.

The Facts About Tummy Tucks

By Enrique Castillano

Is your stomach a trouble area? Is going on a diet and exercising not working at all to fix it? Were you formerly overweight and the weight loss resulted in excess skin? If any of this is true, then tummy tucks could be answer.

Tummy tucks are called an abdominoplasty in medical terms. It is a cosmetic surgical procedure that many people get so they can lose the excess skin or fat from the stomach. It is the only choice for people that were overweight and need the extra skin to be taken off completely.

Before you decide to have it done, be sure to check the history of the plastic surgeon. See the extent of the time they have been in practice and whether they have had lawsuits or complaints filed against them. Also, check out the details on their certification. It is important to check when picking out a surgeon because you will be trusting your life to them during surgery.

You must undergo a consultation before having it done. At this time, you will address questions such as the reason you want the surgery and what you expect out of it. All allergies and medical conditions must be disclosed to the surgeon along with information on any medications you are taking.

The procedure begins with anesthesia and then the incisions. After it is complete, the incisions will be closed. You will probably be put on medication after surgery while in recovery. Be aware there are risks involved that can occur after surgery. Some of them are scarring, bleeding, infection, blood clots, skin discolorations, swelling, asymmetry, loose skin, pain, and nerve damage.

So if tummy tucks are something you want to get, remember to be safe and do research. Any surgical procedure must be carefully thought about because there are risks. Do not rush the decision and be thoughtful.

Botax Part 2

I was just reading the text of the proposed changes to the Healthcare reform bill. Hidden in the middle of dozens of pages is this gem:

IN GENERAL.—There is hereby imposed on the sale of any taxable medical device by the manufacturer, producer, or importer a tax equal to 2.9 percent of the price for which so sold.

Well guess what, people - Mr. Obama & company may have backed off on the 10% cosmetic surgery tax, but he's still sticking it to you with a 2.9% tax on implants and surgical supplies.  It would also increase the cost of lasers, liposuction equipment, and many other surgical and anesthesia supplies we all use.

That's in addition to the additional 3.9% tax you'll be paying for any profit on investment income. So, if you invested and "saved your pennies" like an honest, hard-working American, you might be penalized up to 6.8% for having cosmetic surgery!

This tax also would apply to pacemakers, stents, heart valves, cataract lenses, artificial hip & knee implants, motorized wheelchairs, and implantable defibrillators. As if these things weren't expensive enough! It's the "Son-of-Bo-tax".

Sunscreens - Some Things You Need To Know About Them

By James Fraksburg

Sunscreens help protect your skin from the harmful UV rays of the sun. Excessive and unnecessary exposure to sunlight, especially between 10 am to 3 pm, can cause some untoward effects on your skin. Sunburn and premature skin aging are two of the most common. But a scarier effect than those is skin cancer. Now that alone should make you go scrambling for some protection.

Even when the sky is cloudy, or even during winter time, UV radiation can still reach your skin. While it's true that the amount is not as intense as during summer, still the skin may receive some damage. That's why you need to protect yourself from this radiation, even during brief exposure to the sun.

There are all sorts of sunscreens available nowadays. This is based upon which body part they'll be used on, or for what reason they'll be used for. Some come in forms of lotions and sprays suitable for application all over the body. But there are those that come in stick or salve form, for application on the lips, nose and around the eyes. There are also water- and sweat-resistant ones.

For sure you have often seen the word "SPF" on sunscreen products. Have you ever wondered what it is and what it stands for? SPF stands for "sun protection factor". It indicates the amount of protection it can give your skin from harmful UV radiation of the sun. A product may have SPF 15, 30 or 50. Basically, the higher the SPF of the sunscreen you apply, the more protection you have.

Skin experts suggest that you should start applying it on your skin about half an hour before going outside. This way, the substances that make the sunscreen work could set in and work efficiently. Also, to make the most out of the protection it gives, you should apply it liberally.

If you're staying outdoors for a long time during the day, reapplication is necessary. You should do so every 2 hours to maintain that you are getting protected all the time. Sweating and using hankies may rub off the sunscreen, thus diminishing its protective abilities. Even water-repellant ones need to be reapplied after some time.

Some people, however, may develop some form of skin irritation with use. If you have sensitive skin, you should first test the item you have bought before applying it. You do this by applying it on a small patch of your skin, then placing it under direct sunlight. If after some time redness, rash or itchiness occurs, it means you should go for a different brand.

Along with the application of sunscreen, there are also other means by which you can protect yourself from sunburn. Obviously, using an umbrella is one of them. You should also try to use shirts with long sleeves, and long pants or skirts especially when going out around noontime. For your face, use tinted sunglasses and wide-brimmed hats.

Do your skin a favor by applying sunscreens. You will not only protect your skin from getting burned or developing cancer. But also you will keep the early signs of aging at bay. Still, it's best if you can limit your exposure to the harmful UV rays of the sun by staying indoors whenever possible.

Using A Shower Filter Is A GreatMove

By Lyda W. Marin

In today's society, people need to take a step back and look at the way they are living, and make the right choices; there are so many pollutants that affect our well being. An inexpensive way to start would be to add a shower filter; this would help eliminate harsh chemicals and aid in the renewal of your hair and skin, and make you feel good in general.

Shower filters are economical, effortless to put in and not that complex to take care of. Besides removing harsh chemicals from the water, shower filters also lower shower grime and heavy metals, saving time spent cleaning, and the relaxing shower experience remains unchanged, because water pressure is not affected by most shower filters.

Using a shower filter is one of the best ways to reduce your body's exposure to dangerous chemicals such as chloroform, trichloroethylene (TCE), hydrogen sulfide, lead, and chlorine, which not only affect your skin and hair by drying them out and polluting them, but which cause other health issues as well. Certain toxins like chloriform can be extremely grave, causing liver and kidney damage. A offender of many effects, hydrogen sulfide has been known to cause headaches, irritated skin, nausea, and lowered blood pressure. Lead is a toxic chemical and chlorine can be rough on the body, the toxins in chlorine can lead to dehydration of the skin, lung problems, allergic reactions, and even cancer.

The more steam that you get while taking hot showers, makes it easier for your body to take in more chemicals and this process increases the higher the water temperature gets. Harmful chemicals move into your bloodstream from the vapors of a hot shower. The skin's pores also widen while showering, making chemical absorption through the skin a possibility. drinking regular tap water takes in less chlorine than taking a shower, a shower puts out about 25 gallons of water per use, by this you take in more chlorine in a single shower, than by drinking. You can take out these chemicals from further damaging your body, by adding a shower filter, making shower time more relaxing.

Besides the health aspect of it, adding a shower filter to make your water pure has an abundance of other benefits. Bladder, breast cancer, liver and kidney disease, and other health related issues, can be avoided if you by add a shower filter, because you take away the risk of toxic chemicals like chlorine, chloroform, TCE and hydrogen sulfide, from entering your bloodstream, as noted before. You can lessen your chance at asthma, bronchitis and other health related problems, by installing a shower filter, which will take out chlorine, chloroform and other hazardous materials, improving breathing. By adding a shower filter to your showerhead, you can reduce or totally eliminate all the dangerous chemicals that can attack the hair and skin, causing rashes, allergies and troublesome irritations, and allowing for your body's natural moistures to come back. Because of this, you may not need to use as many expensive products to maintain healthy skin and hair.

By choosing to install a shower filter you are reducing your family's risk of serious if not deadly health issues; it is a great idea to have one and the cost is little compared to your health and well- being. If you want the full relaxation of a clean shower with no worries, install a shower filter, it is cost efficient and helps lower the dangerous chemicals from doing damage to your skin and hair.

Concerns on Cell Phone Radiation and Cancer

By Byron Ash

There are at least over a hundred million people who have started using cell phones by the end of the 19th century. With this growing number, the number of cell sites and satellites to provide for the growing need of good reception has expanded at an enormous rate. But with this rapid growth in technology, serious matters regarding electromagnetic exposure and radiation are coming to light.

There was an issue a long time ago that popped up regarding a man who claimed that his wife developed brain tumor because of radio frequency being emitted by cell phones. Of course, there was no evidence to back up this far fetched claim. His wife's cell phone habits were not extraordinary, so the case was dropped two years after. But this started a wave of panic and hysteria. Were cell phones actually dangerous things that shouldn't be kept around? Was there truth to this cancer scare?

The concern over this hysteria is from the fact that cell phones emit RF or radio frequency waves, which are found between the area of FM radio waves and microwaves in the spectrum. The intensity will vary on the exposure time and from person to person, since location from base station can affect the frequency. The model also affects the amount, since newer models tend to emit a lesser degree of it.

People who live near or is in the range of a base station would be bombarded by radio waves and frequencies. Older modeled cell phones still emit larger quantities of these waves in comparison to newer models. But there is no link that can be found at all. Most brain tumor patients have had lower hours of cell use compared to normal people. There was no relation either as to which side of the brain was most frequently nearer a cell phone and where the tumor grew.

No study has ever given a clear link between cancer and cell phone radio frequencies. Though it is said that radiation can cause cancer, the amount it emits is not enough to cause panic. And the use of cell phones are something that causes more benefits than harm. Why would you want to throw away your cell phone for a half-baked truth about cancer?
